Flowers in Windowlight {Edits}

Ok, alright I must confess... if any of you know me you know I MUST EDIT! I just love how some simple editing to a photograph can give you a BURST of color a Vintage Mood... you can get a trendy fashionista photo or a soft hued memory... SOOOO my {Flowers in Windowlight} have evolved... I couldn't help it... Maybe I need photo therapy?

I have decided to give myself {HomeWork} projects to keep me busy with my mind, my creativity and my camera. I want to share my thoughts and experiences with you through the pictures and projects I complete. I will share each of my assignments with you as I complete them. I was inspired by a friend on Facebook to take on todays challenge. The rules are:

The photo is to be of a flower(s) in windowlight (no other light source)

NO editing whatsoever is allowed. These are untouched original photos

I just happen to be at my Mom's today and she has some flowers that my Dad had sent her for Valentines Day. So TA DA! here you have a couple of those, a random trinket and her dining room table! Enjoy!

Two days early and long over due!

Ok, so.... I had a baby!!! You would think I would still have time to get on here and blog about it right? WRONG! LOL Our little Sawyer-Jack arrived 2 days earlier than planned. (Really kid? you couldn't keep on schedule for your control freak mommy?) He is SoOoOo gorgeous and we are so happy to have him here. We have given him the nick-name "Grunty-McWiggles" because this little man does NOT stop moving!!! He's a handful but a whole lot of adorable fun. ANYHOW, I did promise some pictures of him so here are a couple I took right after he was born while we were still in the hospital and some about a week later. Now that he's 6 months old (HAHAHAA!) Maybe I can get some work done.... or maybe I'll spend the day cuddling on the couch with him.....
